The role 

As the Nursery assistant, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers using your  knowledge of nursery products and excellent customer service skills.. 

Nursery Products 

• Familiar of product categories - car seats, travel systems

• Competent in merchandising and the principles associated with this skill

• Ability to fully demonstrate all products and identify unique selling points

Service

• Has a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service 

• Able to confidently explain and demonstrate all baby / nursery lines

• Understands and can recommend perfect partners for products that we sell

• Utilises the Company website to learn about products and drive sales

Additional requirements

• Good communication skills

• Strong attendance and timekeeping record

• Excellent track record of customer service skills

• Ideally a fully flexible member of the team

• A strong interest in nursery products

*Note - This is a fix term contract with an hourly rate of €13.75 per hour.
