About the Role
The Website Content & Copywriting Executive will be responsible for creating, editing and managing product content across the company website. Working alongside the webdata team, the role ensures all online content is accurate, SEO-optimised and aligned with brand guidelines.
The role will also support the creation and proofreading of clear, concise product copy for the company’s 300-page toy catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content.
Salary: €32,000 - €34,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise product descriptions for the website in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Review, process and upload product content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with webdata and buying teams to ensure product information is presented to a high standard online.
- Review and optimise product descriptions and key product features where required.
- Create and edit product copy for the annual 300-page toy catalogue to strict deadlines.
- Proofread and review catalogue proof versions to ensure product information is accurate and consistent.
- Proofread and edit website content to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice.
- Provide administrative support and internal reporting where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years’ experience in copywriting or website content creation.
- Proven experience writing product descriptions or marketing copy.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider webdata team.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
