About The Role
We are hiring a proactive Accounts Administrator to join our expanding Finance team. In this role, you will gain broad experience across critical areas of the Accounts Department, including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and administrative functions.
This role is located at our Head Office in Galway, which has over 200 employees. Our extensive European presence includes over 280 physical retail stores in Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Location: Head Office, Galway
Competitive Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data into relevant systems.

Manage core administrative functions, including high-volume invoice processing.

Execute daily/weekly reconciliations for creditor, bank, and nominal ledgers.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly financial reporting and KPI analysis.
- Support the Head of Finance with critical administrative projects and tasks as required.

A relevant third-level qualification.
- Prior experience in an Accounts or Finance function.
