Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data into relevant systems.

• Manage core administrative functions, including high-volume invoice processing.

• Execute daily/weekly reconciliations for creditor, bank, and nominal ledgers.

• Contribute to weekly and monthly financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Support the Head of Finance with critical administrative projects and tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Skills

• Strong organisational and administrative skills. 

• Proactive. 

• Strong work ethic and committed to completing work to a high standard. 

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a high level of numeracy and a meticulous focus on process execution.

Desirable

• A relevant third-level qualification.

• Prior experience in an Accounts or Finance function.
• SAP Experience
